When I read the email a few days ago from Mr John Chan, I realise that the students from the 50s and 60s really made good use of their time and skills. The class of Form 4A actually produced their own class magazine!

————

Here’s part of the email from John.

In the old days of HSBP (1950s -60s), the class of Form 4A produced a class magazine called ‘The Young Pioneers’. It was only circulated in the school and some copies were sold to TIGS / Convent. It was a class magazine and not to be mistaken for ‘The Pilot’ which was the school annual magazine. Every year, the class of Form 4A will produce this magazine, but unfortunately, this tradition was discontinued in the seventies.
